Great topic. I now need you to think about the problem(s) and who is having the problem. You need to narrow down to a specific market lets say your options for a market could be:

Drivers of luxury cars

Drivers of non luxury cars

Bike Riders

Truck drivers

Drivers with disabilities

… I’m sure you can imagine more.

Then you need to define who your user in those target markets are:

For example not all drivers of luxury cars are the same, some may be drivers of luxury who have families and go on roadtrips often, or it could be drivers of rental cars who travel often alone.

The point is that you need to select a target market and then the user group inside that target market that is having problems you can solve with the technology you want to work with.

For each user group please create one value proposition map that explains your project —
